In fact, True Sriracha is named after the city Si-Racha in Eastern Thailand where it is used to enhance the flavor of seafood dishes. The sauce is basically lightly fermented bright red chili sauce, made from red jalapenos, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

·         Moreover, apart from its deliciousness, the vinegar, chili and garlic in sriracha sauce can do you some good when you’ve got a cold.
·         Combination of yogurt and sriracha sauce is a quick dip Sauce for chips or Japanese style fried chicken.
·         Sriracha sauce could be used in tacos instead of tabasco. In addition, it can be added to Mexican style salads. Sprinkle a little sauce over a salad of corn, tomato, avocado, coriander and black beans. You will love it.
·         Further more, sriracha can be added to the melted butter to toss with home-popped popcorn. It’s compelling.

Sriracha Sauce could be a part of your perfect breakfast if you have ripened avocados, bread and eggs. Simply fry egg in a pan. Mash avocado and spread it over the toast. Put fried egg over it and drizzle with sriracha.
